The Man...The Boy

Compliments of the season people 💃💃💃💃 So, we're here again, 2019.And I changed the blog title. I hope this' better 😊 Ok, this writeup might be controversial a bit. I'll try so you don't miss my point ☺ So, to business... There are lots of lectures and all on how a lady, a married woman especially should climb a thousand hills and cross a million rivers just to 'keep her man's head' in marriage so he doesn't end up with a train of concubines while the man is free to stop chasing his woman, after all, "she's now his, with a owner, now in someone's possession", a regular property just like a house or shoe, oh, maybe a car, pff! The man has to put food on her table, so, he's justified to treat her as he wish, and her only responsibility is to be a full house burden! Her only role in life now is to play submission. Hello! Let's not get us wrong. I'm a big fan of submission in marriage, my husband is the only one I'm to submit to apart from my parents right? And please, who doesn't like full house wife under the right conditions... But hello, you killing someone's aspirations so she be your best version of wife like she doesn't know what being married is already? Well, this isn't the real gist tho... She has to do all he wants, he loves you on trousers, despite never hinting it in your 20 years of courting, he must have his way He wants you off trousers, he must have his way He wants you off a particular religion ...off some relationships and all that... I mean, things he'd always known you with, but now, you're married and he knows divorce ain't an option, he starts imposing a lot of things. Guy!!! Come on! Grow up! Stop testing powers, you're still a man, you still gat your manhood right? Trust me, I've always been the type who answers 'before nko? Anything to suit my man, he ain't going nowhere', but then, a few conversations with a friend got me thinking in this direction. It's marriage! It's partnership! It's a team! No one should test superiority. No one is inferior either. Let's all stay happy and have a wow relationship. Let the woman keep giving you the regular female episodes. Trust me, if you scare this outta your woman and you never get some act at intervals, you're killing her and she definitely isn't loving you right. Errrm, well, not all females are crazy, but most of us are; I know me, I know my friends! Well, A MAN, like I think I've once mentioned wouldn't see this as over the hedge, they know; gentleman somebody, lol. The boys can learn, no insults 😊😊 We're all learning, we appreciate feedbacks, and of course, I LOVE US ALL 😘💖💖

    Imposing characteristics on a woman would definitely kill her freedom of expression. Unfortunately, many men are too insecure in themselves and in their relationships . It's never a good idea to try and change someone else in general. It's amazing how much a person can bloom when given the permission to be themselves

What exactly defines manhood?

Hello! Welcome back 😊 So, earlier this month, I was having an outpour of anger on one of my social media accounts, my WhatsApp status to be precise, so much that a friend had to call me to check, saying I'm a borderline sexist. Lol! You can imagine how much I vexed so much that I was called to check 😂😂 But then, like I later shared with another friend, I was throwing shades on the menfolk 'cos of younger men. Imagine a father, one of those 'I'm the man' diehards; he wouldn't mind going naked so you know he is masculine, pff! A widower! You wouldn't want to imagine how much he squanders his wife's investments after her demise. This same woman was the breadwinner of the family while alive, doing everything to give her family the best, not excluding her husband, still... Now, even at her death, he couldn't hold up for 6months. The children are thrown out of school. He's after asses... Lots to his credit. But he's the man! And the wife...
