Oh Harmattan, harmattan most longed for...

So it rained a bit again today.
Did I tell you guys what rain is like here? It's like two hours of sand storm, then two minutes of drizzling. Lol, a guy friend actually likened it to ''Angels miturating'', unlike the ''God bathing'' in other parts of Nigeria.
Anyway, this lil rain is accompanied with harmattan sometimes and I'm so  awkwardly excited 😂😂 The 'me' that is always at the verge of shedding my skin so that I get enough breeze is now in a pullover and blanket and I'm so loving it 😁

And yes, the first time it rained in B city was on the
3rd of May, a Sunday. Although it was more of drizzles than rain. It was still the first waters falling from the sky though, so it can pass. In addition to the fact that it was refreshing. Guys in my lodge had to play football in the rain, they could not afford to let any raindrop slip without touching their skin.

Funny thing is, some places didn't even get to enjoy the drizzling, it was 'dust storm.' And mehn, they have more of that here than the actual rain. It's like in the deserts...

Is this post to give you guys an hint into what rain is like here? 🤔 Nahhh, it's to let you know I'm patiently waiting on harmattan (I'm in no hurry tho. Lol, naaaaah, I'm not. The harmattan that almost got me frozen last December/November 😒 It was my first encounter with first class cold tho. Never thought anywhere in Nigeria could get that cold; the temperature was almost on negative...the -°C 😒 I was always in a hundred wears in the day, and a thousand at night 😒 Lol. Ok, that last sentence was exaggerated).

...I really gotta go guys.
Till next time.
Still myself, EyilZ!!! 😊🤗🤗

A New Dawn Is Here

Hyhyhy! Hello lovelies. So I've had this page on for, 3 years now right? And it's been idle ever since. I agree, I've been lazy, giving the poor state of my phone for an excuse. I must tell you I'm still using the phone, lol. So, I want to get the page active again, you know this fire refueled. But then, I need our encouragements. Please drop your comments on articles dropped and make sure to refer them to your friends and friends. We don't do enemies right? 😂😂 Although, there might be a little edition in the page title, or should I say diversion in contents. Actually, it was me all crazy about poems when setting up the page, but then, growth comes with a new kind of focus and determination you know. So we will be having more of gender activism, not just narrowed down to feminism, but also treating the few cases of male child abuse as they come in focus, God helping me. Maybe a few poems or motivations at times, and of course, we continually bring ourselves ...

Virginity is really no biggie afterall; it isn't the icing, let alone the cake 💁💁

...since I already took permission to 'just write' and I believe I've been granted the permit (read my apologies - previous post, for better understanding), LET'S DIG! YAY!!!💃💃💃💃 As I was saying, virginity or abstinence is really no biggie you know? Hold up, sip water, I'll break it down, let's journey... (Errm, so I realize some of my audience aren't just Nigerians, let alone Yorubas, but please try and follow, I'll make sure not to lose you 💖💖 I'll be making a few references to Yorubas. Some might even be similar to what you have around you...) ...so, I know some Yoruba gods and goddesses demand their worship done (or sacrifices carried) by just virgins just because these gods love purity. So, to start with, I'll say virginity is more about consecration. Did you know occultists demand 'virginity' in order to keep their powers safe and intact; potent. This time, more of abstinence or they are said to have committed a sacrile...

What exactly defines manhood?

Hello! Welcome back 😊 So, earlier this month, I was having an outpour of anger on one of my social media accounts, my WhatsApp status to be precise, so much that a friend had to call me to check, saying I'm a borderline sexist. Lol! You can imagine how much I vexed so much that I was called to check 😂😂 But then, like I later shared with another friend, I was throwing shades on the menfolk 'cos of younger men. Imagine a father, one of those 'I'm the man' diehards; he wouldn't mind going naked so you know he is masculine, pff! A widower! You wouldn't want to imagine how much he squanders his wife's investments after her demise. This same woman was the breadwinner of the family while alive, doing everything to give her family the best, not excluding her husband, still... Now, even at her death, he couldn't hold up for 6months. The children are thrown out of school. He's after asses... Lots to his credit. But he's the man! And the wife...
